Ask the owner about rent, deposits, utilities, house rules, or availability. Sign in to continue conversations and view replies in Messages.

Review available rooms and beds on the property page, then choose the specific bed you want. Confirm your selection in the reservation form.

Submit a reservation request
Review your selected bed and move-in details, then upload the required GCash or Maya deposit screenshot and submit. The system confirms when the request is received as Pending.

Track reservation status
Check your dashboard and notifications for updates. Statuses include Reserved, Pending, Approved, Confirmed, Rejected, Cancelled, Checked In, Checked Out, and Completed.

Wait for review and confirm
The property owner or an administrator reviews the request and payment proof. If approved, confirm the reservation from your dashboard; rejected requests show the decision.

After your reservation is confirmed, coordinate your move-in with the owner. The owner or administrator records check-in for your assigned reservation.

Use your account to check reservation details and contact the owner through messages. Account access and management tools depend on your role.
